An all-time favourite; you'll see this hike in just about any Wānaka trip planner. It's no easy walk, taking 1.5-3hrs to get to the top depending on your fitness level. Once you're at the top, you'll be reward with stunning views of Lake Hawea and Wānaka, and a view into the Mt Aspiring National Park.
Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to soak in the views; this one's a goodie.

Isthmus Peak is a hot contender for the more popular Roy's Peak. Around 30 minutes drive from Wānaka to the carpark, you can expect the walk to take upto 3hrs to the top.
Once you're there, you can enjoy extensive views of both Lake Wānaka and Lake Hawea, including snow capped mountains as far as the eye can see.
